My practice has evolved over the past 17 years. I have felt drawn to focus much more on the care of hormonal health throughout our lives and as we age, mental and emotional well-being.
With my undergraduate degree in exercise science, I continue to have a genuine love for the amazing ways our bodies respond to exercise and movement which I often incorporate into my treatment plans with patients. My studies in naturopathic medical school at Bastyr University in Seattle, led me to a focus on women’s and children’s health, which I still deeply care about today in my practice.
Personally, I love to spend time outside trying to keep up with my two kids, who keep me hopping and remind me each day how to be a better human. I consider myself a lifelong student or learner of how to care for others, how to be compassionate with myself and how to juggle everything that each day brings!
Come and chat to me and we can help you begin your journey to optimal health and vitality!

Growing up in this beautiful province I’m proud to call home, I embarked on my professional journey with excitement and passion. My education and training started at Simon Fraser University where I earned my BSc in health sciences. I then embarked on the four year Naturopathic medical program through the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine where I completed approximately 4,200 hours of classroom hours, and 1,200 clinical hours. I am determined to share my experience with my patients through a combination of service and education. I am a passionate healer, and dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of physical, mental, and emotional transitions as a team in the most efficient way possible.
In addition to my practice on the North Shore, I teach and supervise at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. I am the coordinator of the Physical Medicine department at the New Westminster campus. Additionally I am on the clinic faculty as a supervisor in the teaching clinic. I thoroughly enjoy teaching, and I am able to stay connected to the naturopathic community.
In my private practice I treat a variety of conditions with a focus on chronic pain, and joint injures (ACL sprains, rotator cuff tears, sciatica).
